Sage Set Up
We can assist you in setting up your Sage System with opening balances (Debtors, Creditors, Bank etc). To do this we may need to liase with your accountants or have a set of accounts. This will allow you to have a foundation to then be able do your own book-keeping using the knowledge received from a training session.
On Site Training
If you are a larger business with several accounts staff then we can do the training at your premises and tailor the content of the course based on the requirements of the business.
Book-keeping / Management Accounts
If you don't feel confident to do your own book-keeping then we can do this for you on a monthly or quarterly basis. This will be done in MTD software, VAT Returns will be submitted and data will be made available to your accountant to prepare your year accountants.
We can also prepare management accounts, these can be produced as a stand alone report or with budget and previous year comparisons. If you have an accounts team who data entry and aren't sure how to prepare the monthly journals (depreciation, prepayments and accruals) we can do these adjustments and prepare accounts periodically (monthly, quarterly) to provide you with the information to drive and monitor your company's performance.
Budgets and Cashflow Forecasting
Using integrated software Forecast 5 based on data entered can create a profit and loss account, balance sheet and cashflow forecast. Budgets can be done for 1 year to 5 years, with scenarios and growth rates applied.
